Dr. William Troppauer
"I was just at the Doylestown office today and what a wonderful first experience. The Dr. is a super nice, fun guy and knows his stuff! He made my appointment enjoyable yet he was up front and honest- no bs. Highly recommend his Doylestown office. I will definitely be going back!"
"Kind and knowledgeable doc. He was honest with me and I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. I recommend him to all my friends/family. He has a friendly dog that hangs out at the office with him. Heads up, he does not take credit cards."
"This is my first Yelp review but I had to write about the fantastic experience with Dr. Troppauer.
I went to him for new frames and contacts. He has a great collection of ever-changing stylish frames (some quirky ones that I loved) and was patient as I agonized over which to get. When my insurer took a long time to ship my frames right before Christmas, he went over and above what was expected and paid for them to be shipped overnight. I also did a contact trial with him, where I paid for him $75 to allow me to try various sample types and prescriptions. I think I tried about 5 different contacts over a few months, and finally found the best one, which he ordered for me at a discounted rate.
Overall, I would totally recommend Eyeworks Plus to anyone. The doctor is funny and personable, and I had a great experience."
